Tax Provision Manager

The Manager, Tax Provision supports organizations global tax provision, reporting, and automation initiatives. This role plays a key part in streamlining tax processes and supporting the company’s long-term technology strategy.

• Manage global income tax provision and quarterly/annual effective tax rate calculations under ASC 740.
• Oversee tax account roll forwards, reconciliations, and tracking of discrete items.
• Research and assess the impact of tax legislation on global ETR.
• Review and ensure accuracy of U.S. and international tax reporting packages; provide training as needed.
• Maintain and improve One Source Tax Provision (OTP), including reconciliations and executive summaries.
• Partner with external auditors and manage tax-related internal controls and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/MST preferred.
• 5–10 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience. 1+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Extensive ASC 740 and SEC reporting experience, including global provisions, ETR analysis, and specialty areas (UTPs, valuation allowances, purchase accounting).
• Strong tax technology and OTP proficiency.
• Proven leadership in process improvement and automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to One Stream, Alteryx, Power BI, People Soft, and/or SAP.
