InvestmentAssociate Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our investment team starting in Summer 2026. The Associate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with 2‑4 years of investment banking experience who are looking to transition into private equity.
Responsibilities- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence
- Build and maintain detailed LBO financial models
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in transaction execution, including coordination with advisors, legal counsel and management teams
- Conduct industry and competitive analyses to support investment theses
- Support portfolio company initiatives, including strategic planning, performance tracking, and add‑on acquisitions
- Monitor existing investments and prepare regular performance reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university with strong academic performance
- 2‑4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably M&A, leveraged finance, or industry coverage groups
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in private equity and investing
