Job Title: Settlement Operations Analyst (Business Execution Consultant)

The Settlement Operations Analyst will support day-to-day settlement and fail control activities across domestic markets for all product types. This role focuses on trade clearance, operational risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.

• Perform daily settlement and fail control processing across domestic markets
• Monitor internal and external systems related to trade settlements and clearance
• Investigate and resolve trade settlement discrepancies and fails
• Partner with Middle Office, Sales, Securities Finance, Compliance, Repo/Funding Desk, counter party back offices, and vendors
• Utilize buy-in processes to minimize fail exposure and firm risk (seg deficits)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution
• Provide updates, reporting, and support to internal stakeholders

• 2+ years of settlements/back-office or Business Execution experience within banking/financial services
• Experience with Broadridge (IMPACT/BPS preferred)
• Federal Reserve (Fed) settlement experience
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced operational environment

Pay Range: $50/Hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
