- Advise clients on securitization and structured finance transactions, including CLO issuances
- Structure, negotiate, and execute complex collateralized loan obligation transactions
- Support private credit, fund finance, NAV-based, and subscription line credit facility matters
- Draft and review transaction documentation in connection with structured credit deals
- Collaborate with asset managers, underwriters, and financial institutions on high-value transactions
