• $55k-80k base + commissions (Dependent on years of experience)

The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Investment Banking Recruitment will join a high-performing practice focused on M&A and front-office mandates. With average fees around $50K and a mix of contingent and executive search, you’ll partner with elite firms and develop trusted relationships at MD and HRD level.

• Deliver full 360 recruitment services across M&A and Investment Banking roles
• Develop new client relationships across U.S. banking hotspots
• Manage live vacancies from day one with minimal ramp-up
• Report into and work closely with a Top billing manager
• Contribute to shaping a verticalized desk structure for future hires

• 2–5 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an agency
• A proven track record in Finance, IB, or Front Office verticals
• Strong BD mindset with proactive candidate and client engagement
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and MDs
• A self-sufficient, solutions-focused approach with no need for micro-management

• Desk already warm and highly profitable – no cold start
