Job Title: nCino UAT Lead – Contract – Hybrid (Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX)
We are hiring an experienced nCino UAT Lead to support a large-scale financial services transformation program with a Fortune 50 banking client. This role combines hands‑on UAT leadership with compliance and control testing support within the nCino platform. This is a high‑impact opportunity for candidates with strong banking domain knowledge, nCino testing experience, and proven UAT leadership skills.
Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Employment Type: W-2 Only (No C2C)
Work Authorization: USC, GC, or H1B
Role OverviewThis position is split between leading end‑to‑end nCino UAT activities and supporting compliance/control validation efforts. The ideal candidate can drive testing execution while partnering with compliance and risk stakeholders on regulatory and control requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end UAT for nCino including planning, scripting, execution, and reporting
- Coordinate testing across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Manage defects, risks, and issue resolution workflows
- Support compliance and control testing within the nCino platform
- Validate controls and maintain audit‑ready evidence documentation
- Provide UAT and compliance status reporting to program leadership
- Hands‑on nCino UAT leadership experience
- Financial services or banking project background
- Experience with compliance, regulatory, or control testing
- Strong knowledge of UAT and SDLC methodologies
- Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
