Senior Finance Director

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding services organization seeking a Senior Finance Director to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a multi-entity platform.

This is a highly visible role within a private equity-backed environment, offering close partnership with executive leadership and exposure to investment stakeholders. The position provides strong strategic impact while maintaining flexibility in scope and long-term growth trajectory.

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the organization
• Develop and enhance financial models supporting operating plans, scenario planning, and acquisition initiatives
• Provide actionable financial and operational insights to senior leadership and investment partners
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting for executive and board-level review
• Support acquisition diligence, integration tracking, and post-close performance analysis
• Improve automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience in an acquisition-driven or private equity-supported environment preferred
