Senior Analyst – Transaction Advisory Services

I am partnering with a highly respected, boutique Transaction Advisory firm to identify a Senior for their Transaction Advisory Services practice. This firm focuses exclusively on buy-side and sell-side due diligence and Office of the CFO to support private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic acquirers.

Unlike larger, volume-driven platforms, this team is known for senior-level engagement, practical judgment, and delivering clear, decision-useful insights to sophisticated investors. This is an opportunity to join a growing advisory platform with meaningful client exposure and leadership responsibility.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in executing financial due diligence engagements and supporting transaction-related advisory work. This individual will work directly with senior leadership and private equity clients, contributing to critical analyses and helping drive high-quality deliverables.

This is a hands-on, analytical role with increasing client interaction and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and key transaction drivers
  • Prepare and contribute to client‑ready reports and presentations
  • Identify potential deal risks and financial trends through detailed analysis
  • Collaborate closely with Directors and Managers on engagement execution
  • Participate in client calls and discussions as appropriate
  • Assist with Office of the CFO advisory projects for sponsor-backed companies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit (with deal exposure), or related field
  • Strong financial statement analysis and Excel modeling skills
  • Understanding of private equity transactions and deal processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and commercially
  • Effective communication skills and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
