Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory Services

FD Transaction Advisory (FDTA) is a boutique transaction advisory firm focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support for private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic buyers. We are known for senior-level engagement, practical judgment, and clear, decision-useful insights.

We are seeking a Senior Associate to support transaction engagements and work directly with experienced Managers and Directors on active deals.

• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support
• Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt
• Participate in management interviews and diligence discussions
• Prepare analyses and draft client deliverables
  
  Identify key deal risks and normalization items

• 2–4 years of public accounting experience, including significant hands‑on experience performing substantive audit procedures
• Experience drafting or reviewing financial statements and related disclosures
• Strong financial statement analysis skills; background primarily focused on substantive procedures rather than predominantly internal control testing
• Experience working with middle‑market businesses preferred
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
