- As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in evaluating, executing, and managing commercial real estate investments across markets.
- Build and analyze complex financial models for acquisitions, development, portfolio management, and dispositions
- Perform credit underwriting and comprehensive due diligence
- Coordinate transaction documentation, financing materials, and closing deliverables
- Prepare investment memorandums and deal collateral
- Monitor property and fund performance
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly and YTD operating results
- Assist with investor reporting and fund/entity documentation
- Support asset-level strategy and performance optimization
- Research and monitor macro and micro market trends
- Analyze capital markets and asset-level conditions
- Support expansion into new markets and new investment opportunities
You’ll collaborate closely with our transactions, operations, and executive teams — gaining meaningful exposure and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, banking, development, or principal investing
- Strong understanding of ownership structures (closed/open-end funds, REITs, DST/TIC structures, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required)
- ARGUS experience preferred
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong business acumen
- A collaborative team player who thrives cross-functionally
- A clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
