Overview

We’re hiring a Virtual Financial Consultant (VFC) to deliver personalized retirement planning and financial guidance to participants across higher education and healthcare institutions
—all through virtual meetings (Zoom) and phone. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role within a growing Retirement Solutions business. You’ll help individuals understand where they are today and confidently plan for retirement, while building a long‑term career path into Wealth Advisory, Retirement Income Consulting, or Asset Management
.

• Provide virtual retirement planning and financial guidance via Zoom and phone
• Conduct ~30 client meetings per week focused on retirement readiness, rollovers, and income planning
• Deliver a high‑quality, consultative client experience aligned with strong service standards
• Help participants define retirement goals and map out actionable paths to achieve them
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required administrative work
• Collaborate with regional teams supporting participants across assigned territories

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
• Active Series 7 license
• Active Series 63 license

• Life & Health Insurance License (resident state)
• Experience in retirement planning, wealth management, or financial consulting
