Asset Management Associate

Our client is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support a diversified portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and operating assets across North America. The team focuses on asset performance, financial optimization, and portfolio value creation.

This role provides exposure to asset-level financial analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The position is highly analytical and execution-focused, with meaningful responsibility and growth opportunities.

• Support ongoing management and performance monitoring of a portfolio of operating assets
• Maintain and update financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Perform financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Assist with financing‑related activities, restructuring initiatives, and asset transactions
• Review financial statements, operating reports, and annual budgets
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes
• Provide inputs for valuation and audit processes
• Assist in preparing materials for internal investment and strategy discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams, operating partners, and external advisors

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, infrastructure, private equity, investment banking, project finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to prepare professional, investment‑quality presentations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
