Apply Now – Transition Support Analyst
Independent Advisor Alliance (IAA) is seeking a Transition Support Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role supports the Director of Transitions and plays an important part in delivering a smooth, well‑organized onboarding experience for new team members and advisors joining existing advisor groups.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple workflows and communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Support the Director of Transitions with day‑to‑day onboarding and transition activities
- Coordinate onboarding for both registered and non‑registered personnel
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring advisors, custodians, and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
- Prepare, send, and track onboarding paperwork, registration documents, intake forms, and electronic signatures
- Monitor onboarding timelines, identify issues, and elevate queries as needed
- Assist with repapering and transition support for firms joining Independent Advisor Alliance
- Exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, compliance, and advisor support
- Hands‑on responsibility with clear ownership and impact from day one

- Prior experience in financial services, onboarding, operations, or compliance (preferred, not required)
