Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:Our client is looking for a Division Controller to join their dynamic finance department. If you've worked in construction or manufacturing and looking for a very stable organization, then please apply!

- Lead monthly financial reporting and clearly communicate results to senior leadership
- Analyze financial performance and help drive strategies that support business goals
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations for the division
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 AP accountants
- Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
- Prepare and present division budgets and forecasts to the executive team
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost control
- Prepare monthly journal entries and ensure accurate financial records
- Support corporate initiatives, including internal and external audits
- Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of financial data
- Travel to job sites as needed and support ad-hoc projects as they arise
- Construction or Manufacturing industry Experience
- SAP
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience
