The Manager, Corporate FP&A is a key leader within the enterprise finance organization, working on planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units. This is a hands‑on role will play a key part in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business‑minded, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
The position requires strong three statement modeling skills, sharp analytical judgment, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles across the organization
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision‑making
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting packages
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Support long‑range financial planning and scenario analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting automation, and data accuracy
- Assist with board and executive‑level financial presentations
- Collaborate with accounting during the month‑end close process to ensure alignment between reporting and forecasts
- Evaluate new investments, initiatives, and operational changes through ROI and financial impact analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear financial insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional leadership teams
- MBA a plus
- Experience in high‑growth, PE‑backed, or multi‑entity environments
- Exposure to M&A analysis or strategic finance initiatives
