Senior Manager, FP&A

Parcc Associates is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer in the consumer products space to identify a Senior Finance Manager
. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment and wants to influence business performance at scale.

Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who can connect the numbers to the business, elevate planning and reporting, and partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A and commercial finance instincts, leadership presence, and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for a dynamic, growth-oriented business
• Deliver clear financial insights around revenue, margin, operating performance, and business trends
• Partner with leaders across operations, sales, supply chain, and leadership to support decision-making
• Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting that improve visibility and accountability
• Analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance
• Support pricing, investment, and profitability decisions with rigorous financial modeling
• Help drive process improvement across planning, reporting, and financial operations
• Contribute to executive-level presentations and strategic initiatives

• Strong experience in finance, FP&A, or business finance leadership
• Background supporting a product-based, manufacturing, industrial, consumer, or distribution-oriented business
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence leaders at multiple levels
• Advanced financial modeling, planning, and analytical skills
• Experience translating complex data into concise business recommendations
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus
