Senior Finance Business Partner; Manager – Air Product

You will join our finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner supporting the Air product, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, provide financial insights, lead planning cycles, shape long-term strategy, and lead and develop a high‑performing finance team while ensuring strong governance and actionable analysis.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes for the Air product.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective action plans.
• Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring strong alignment between financial and business objectives.
• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining business performance and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working with systems such as SAP and Cargowise.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

Location:

Charlotte, North Carolina. Salary: $180,000 – $190,000 (anticipated starting salary range; may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location). Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
