As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making of our company. You will have the opportunity to play a critical part in Honeywell's strategic business transformation, specifically focusing on Corporate Fixed costs related to M&A and Spins. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on stranded costs, performing cost allocation analysis, separation analysis, and providing transition support.

You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-making process and contribute to the overall success of the company.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the corporate functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization within the corporate functions.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to the corporate functions to ensure financial targets are met.
