The success of our firm relies heavily on our ability to deliver quality service to clients through comprehensive financial planning and by providing strategic investment advice. A key member of the VWMG team, the Investment Advisor (IA) ensures that clients meet their financial objectives and achieve their goals. The IA’s experience, expertise, and solid communication skills help to develop our firm through strong client relationships and sound, unbiased advice.
Additionally, the IA should have the appropriate investment license, an unwavering commitment to ethics as required by the investment industry, and possess the acumen to effectively engage a wide variety of clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum BA or BS Degree, preferably in a business‑related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Must hold a Series 65 or Series 66 License.
- At least 7 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Must possess a keen ability to build and manage authentic relationships.
- Must possess strong analytical skills portfolio management skills.
- Must possess strong client management skill.

A key member of the VWMG team, the Financial Planner (FP) is laser‑focused on understanding clients’ needs and goals to ensure they meet their financial objectives. The FP works in tandem with VWMG IAs to craft a comprehensive financial plan that will drive responsible growth for existing clients, and eagerly engages in business development activities to identify and recruit future clients.
