Job SummaryThis position will support key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and strategic analysis at a firm-wide level. The focus will be conducting financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. This is a visible role that includes frequent interaction with key internal stakeholders, as well as external finance partners. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaise with internal and external partner teams.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Support the ongoing delivery of financial results and reporting
- Understand and manage analyses for highly visible incentives compensation
- Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Proactively develop improvements to processes using available tools and AI aids
- Minimum five years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
- Ability to work across all functions and levels of an organization
- Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy, and problem-solving skills
- Takes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them through
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus
- Experience with incentive compensation modeling a plus
