Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager III – C&IB within PNC’s Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities
  • Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Work independently and mentor other team members.
  • Drive strategy to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships.
  • Originate, perform financial analysis, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well‑being.
  • Drive client engagement, loyalty, and generate best practices within Relationship Management.
  • Maintain a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients.
  • Present the full range of PNC products to clients.
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
