For our client, we are seeking a Wealth Banking Director - Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $420,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and growth for a national Professional Services banking practice
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Deliver integrated financial solutions by collaborating across business units
  • Oversee business performance including P&L and risk management
  • Lead and develop a dispersed team of banking professionals
  • Drive business development through networking and client engagement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Wealth Management Banking or related field
  • 4+ years in management or leadership roles
  • Experience with professional services clients like private equity
  • Proven ability to build and scale banking segments
  • Strong understanding of lending, credit, and wealth solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain required licenses
