- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth clients.
- Operationally lead advisory teams in helping clients achieve financial goals.
- Manage client book responsibilities, support implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordinate asset consolidation.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver value and excellence to clients.
- Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
- Obtain all necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days from start date.
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years work experience; 3+ years preferred.
- FINRA registrations:
Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66. - Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required within 120 days.

Pay Range$62,500 – $87,500 per year, based on experience, performance and other factors.
