Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings;
Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs in accordance with bank policies
