Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level leverage finance associate for their Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in working with various financial institutions on syndicated and club transactions.
Duties- Collaborate with financial institutions on private credit sponsor acquisition financings.
- Engage in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance transactions.
- Focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions.
- Minimum of four years of substantive finance experience.
- Experience with bank and non-bank financial institutions.
- Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsState bar admission in the preferred office location.
Skills- Strong deal experience at a large law firm.
- Proficiency in cash flow lending and finance transactions.
