Tax Analyst

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepares tax reporting in a timely fashion and in accordance to tax code and laws and the organization's tax preparation policies and practices.
• Reviews data from trust accounting platform for errors and omissions.
• Assists in tax setup processes for new clients and new trusts, including entering prior trustee transactions.
• Gathers tax documentation to assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Calculates and monitors estimated tax payments and foreign and state withholding.
• Works with assigned clients to assist to gather necessary information in order to complete their tax returns while coordinating with the outside tax preparation vendor.

• University (Degree) Preferred

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

• Sedentary Work
