Responsibilities
- Processes account opening, initiates money movement requests, account transfers and/or processes account maintenance request.
- Deposits client funds into the correct account.
- Completes brokerage operation activities in a timely manner and at established productivity levels.
- Understands the regulatory requirements to open and maintain a brokerage/managed account.
- No Experience Required
- University (Degree) Preferred
- Financial Services experience
- Brokerage knowledge
- Operations processing experience
- Attention to detail
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of brokerage operations and regulatory requirements. Capable of processing account openings, money movement requests, and account maintenance efficiently within the financial services sector.
