What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive equity research, developing high-conviction investment ideas and model portfolio recommendations.
- Manage investment portfolios across complex private wealth, trust, and employee benefit accounts in accordance with established investment policies.
- Execute security trades and oversee investment research management for assets under management.
- Research investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments while monitoring market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of investment policies and portfolio guidelines.
- Meet regularly with clients alongside Relationship Managers, providing investment insights and portfolio updates while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop client presentations, reporting materials, and communications that clearly articulate investment strategy and portfolio positioning.
- Support new business initiatives by participating in prospect meetings and serving as a key contributor to business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. - CFA designation required; CFP designation is a plus.
- 6+ years of investment management experience with a strong foundation in equity research and portfolio management.
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating complex investment concepts to sophisticated investors.
- Demonstrated expertise in equity research, valuation, portfolio construction, and investment strategy; experience with fixed income and alternative investments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience executing trades and managing investment portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Bloomberg experience is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
