10 is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $42.91 per hour, W2

Position Overview: This senior-level role is responsible for managing post-origination loan activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems
• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors
• Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting
• Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing

• 10+ years of experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
