Senior Financial Analyst
This role serves as a senior financial analyst within the Wholesale FP&A and Advisory team. Core responsibilities include executive financial reporting and analysis and guidance for high-impact strategic decision making to LOB partners, as well as monthly close and forecast processes through variance analysis, performance reporting, and executive summaries. This teammate will own the reporting and analytics for the Wholesale lending portfolio, including balance, yield, spread, and rate trend analysis, in addition to performing client level profitability and relationship analytics to identify drivers of growth, returns and performance.
This role requires the ability to operate with a high degree of independence and strategic influence.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
- Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
- Ability to take direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications or necessary additional analysis.
- Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products.
