Truist Financial Services Enterprise Internship

The Opportunity:
The Truist Financial Services Enterprise (FSE) Internship is a unique development and application internship. FSE provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills and financial services acumen, learn more about the Truist organization and culture, play a meaningful role in supporting corporate goals through a business unit experience and project, and assess interest in and aptitude for a financial services career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build business acumen by actively participating in and completing all development activities.
- Develop business unit knowledge.
- Complete projects or assignments that assist the department and support Truist goals.
- Collaborate and network with teammates to form lasting professional connections.
- Present a Capstone on internship contributions and learnings.
- Attend enrichment activities and events with peers and senior leaders.
- Invite and receive ongoing performance coaching and feedback.

- Completed a 2026 Truist Internship
- Working towards the completion of a BA/BS or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university. Business-related degree or coursework preferred. Demonstrated strong academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement or work experience
- Demonstrated strong initiative, adaptability/flexibility, and growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a professional team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Interested in learning more about a career in financial services
Locations:
Individuals hired into the program will be located in Charlotte, NC.
