Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and our client's Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all international trades in Clearstream, Local Markets, and Euroclear.
- Interact with counterparts, middle and front office to resolve unmatched trades.
- Analyze, resolve and troubleshoot fail differences.
- Resolve security and cash position breaks.
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers, sales assistants, and clearing agents.
- Flexibility to work various shifts between the hours of 4:00AM – 5:30PM (15% Shift Differential available when working 4:00 AM - 8:00AM)

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable our client's policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of capital markets industry experience or 2+ years of military experience or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of loan, securities, and derivative products
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related field
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, with advanced skills in Excel
- 2+ years of securities industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of international securities settlement processing

Qualifications:
- Stock, Borrow and Loan experience a plus
- System knowledge should include but not limited to Broadridge (Impact/BPS), Gloss, Clearstream, Swift
- Working knowledge of currency and cross currency Repo and securities lending transaction processing
- Product knowledge should include Eurobonds, UK Gilts, Sovereign Debt, Global Preferred, Equities and Latin
