- Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business
- Own the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking
- Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies and determine suitable products
- Present financial recommendations and guidance to clients
- Establish and monitor individual financial plans and recommend changes as needed
- Coach and educate internal business partners to identify investment opportunities
- Drive investment education and visibility among internal business partners
- Communicate with internal and external partners to build relationships and drive referral activity
- Meet with internal business partners to review business results and pipeline management
- Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow-up
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 66, or Series 7 and Series 63/65, required
- Life and Health Insurance license required
- Knowledge of client prospecting and relationship building
- Credit risk analysis and financial analysis skills
- Financial modeling knowledge
- Investment banking knowledge
- Customer engagement and retention skills
- Public speaking skills
- Coaching, customer experience management, effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and sales competencies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform prospecting and selling activities
- Subject to applicable FDIA, SAFE Act, and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
- PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position
Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing investment and insurance strategies while maintaining strong client relationships. Proficient in financial analysis, client engagement, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
