Operations Associate Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager within the Sanctions Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired
Qualifications:
- Prior electronic wire transfer experience and/or sanctions screening background preferred.
- Demonstrated change leadership skills with ability to lead through change impacts
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Operates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectations
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
Job Expectations:
- Responsible for a team of 8 - 12 processors.
- On site
- Ad Hoc holiday and weekend support may be required
