Overview

• The role involves managing complex deal flow, independently supervising junior associates, overseeing and executing due diligence work streams, and handling the preparation and negotiation of ancillary documents.
• Candidates will have significant involvement in drafting and negotiating primary transaction documentation.
• A strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand and apply business concepts are essential for this role.
• Moore & Van Allen's Corporate practice group consists of more than 70 private equity attorneys and represents a diverse array of international, national, and regional sponsors, including leveraged buyout funds, growth equity funds, venture capital funds, independent sponsors, family offices, and search funds.
• The group guides sponsor clients through the entire private equity lifecycle, from fund formation and platform acquisitions to add-on investments, portfolio company representation, and exit transactions.
