Investment Operations Analyst

Role: Senior Investment Operations Analyst in the Fixed Income Investment Operations team.

Responsibilities: Manage post-trade activities such as trade validation, allocations, confirmations, and settlement for public fixed income securities.

Review trade confirmations, coordinate with custodians to ensure timely settlement, investigate trade breaks and discrepancies, and support corporate action processes with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills: Over 5 years of investment operations experience, particularly with public fixed income assets. Proficiency in Bloomberg AIM, Excel, CTM, ALERT, TRADESUITE, and portfolio accounting systems like ePAM. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, high-volume workflow management, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Attributes: Experience in insurance asset management or institutional fixed income, familiarity with reconciliation and workflow tools such as Power BI or Business Objects, knowledge of corporate actions, fixed income instruments, and ability to identify process improvements.

Key Duties: Support operational accuracy, enhance controls, and drive process efficiencies within a collaborative team environment supporting high-volume trading activities.
