Mortgage Loan Officer

Zillow is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer to guide customers through the home financing process. You will manage a digital loan pipeline, advise borrowers on mortgage options, collect and analyze financial documentation, and ensure compliant, timely closings. Partner with real estate and product teams to deliver a seamless, tech-driven lending experience. You'll use Zillow's data, tools, and CRM to build relationships, hit production targets, and provide exceptional, consultative service while working remotely in a collaborative, learning-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through end-to-end mortgage application and approval process
• Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, and liabilities to determine eligibility
• Recommend suitable loan products and rate options based on borrower goals
• Manage a digital loan pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM and LOS systems
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to meet timelines
• Ensure full compliance with lending regulations and Zillow policies
• Communicate loan status and requirements clearly to customers and partners
• Leverage Zillow data and tools to improve conversion and customer experience
• Collaborate with real estate and product teams to refine workflows and offerings
• Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
