As a Relationship Banker, you'll serve as a trusted resource, helping members navigate important financial decisions while delivering an exceptional banking experience. What you’ll doIn this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for members across a variety of banking needs, balancing service, financial guidance, and relationship building. You’ll work across both teller and platform responsibilities, creating a seamless experience while identifying solutions that help members succeed financially.

Day to day, you’ll:
• Help members open and maintain accounts, apply for loans, and access products and services that support their financial goals.
• Build relationships through meaningful conversations that uncover needs and connect members with the right solutions and resources.
• Collaborate with branch and business partners to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues, and contribute to branch growth and success.

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong member service skills with financial services knowledge and a genuine desire to help people. The most successful candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Required Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services.

Required Skills
• Ability to build trust and develop relationships through meaningful member conversations.
• Ability to identify financial needs and recommend relevant products, services, and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process transactions, account maintenance, and lending activities accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Ability to learn and apply credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Education/Certifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Notary status within 3 months of hire if not currently commissioned.

You should also be comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day, moving between service, sales, lending, and operational responsibilities based on member needs.

• Previous sales experience.
• Previous lending experience.
• Experience working with deposit products, IRAs, or specialty accounts.
• Confidence educating members on digital banking tools and financial solutions.
