Treasury Reconciliation Specialist
The isolved Reconciliation Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Reconciliation. Primary responsibilities are to reconcile restricted bank accounts associated with the various isolved products, such as, but not limited to, Settlement, OBC, Tax, Workers' Compensation, 401k, AP Benefits, and Ben Services bank accounts. The reconciliation specialist works independently within their team and across departments to balance transactions from the isolved products to the bank activity daily, correct manual transactions to ensure they are reconciled on the proper bank day or, if applicable, in the accurate reporting period and ensure all transactions generated by isolved clear the bank and all bank activity is matched to a client.
Core job duties include:
- Extract daily bank activity from multiple bank platforms.
- Import and/or export ACH activity to/from the reconciliation software(s)
- Reconcile ACH transactions to the bank activity daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly as defined by the bank account type.
- Research transactions clearing the bank account that was not processed by isolved.
- Research transactions in our NACHA files that did not clear the bank.
- Correct manual transactions to ensure they are in the correct reporting period, such as but not limited to ACH on-demand transactions, penalty & interest paid by isolved, and M&A funds received for pending liabilities.
- Ensure all transactions are researched and resolved by standard operating procedure (SOP) document.
- Submit adjusting entries to the treasury team as defined in the SOP document.
- Download bank statements and reconcile monthly activity to the bank statements.
- Maintain accurate records/processing logs for each bank account.
- Maintain accurate files and folders in SharePoint by SOP document.
- Assist with resolving cases in the Dynamics CRM system.
- Other projects as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include:
- 2
-3 years experience in a treasury and/or finance role - Detail-oriented, self-starter who has experience with online banking.
- Strong data management skills with the ability to extract and massage data while maintaining the integrity of the data.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
