Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic planning and financial decision-making for a growing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and deliver insights that improve profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A experience, sharp analytical skills, and a solid understanding of pricing and margin performance within a services-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support budgeting, planning, and long-range business decisions.
• Analyze operating results against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key drivers behind variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess pricing strategies, margin performance, and overall business profitability.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence revenue and expense performance.
• Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, and improving reporting accuracy.
• Evaluate business performance across service lines or functions to help leadership make informed operational and investment decisions.
