Loan IQ Production Support

Accepted Locations:
Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX (hybrid – 3 days/week in office required)

Contract Term: 24 months, with potential to convert to full-time with the client

Pay Rate: $67.00/hour – rate exceptions are possible, depending on candidate experience

Overview:
We are seeking a Loan IQ Product Support Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise supporting Loan IQ (LIQ) in a production environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operations background (Closing and Servicing) who understands both the technical and functional sides of Loan IQ and can troubleshoot issues across the full application stack.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Loan IQ application issues from both the front-end user experience and back-end system perspective, working closely with operations, technology, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide production support for the Loan IQ (LIQ) application, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end Loan IQ issues, including data, processing, and configuration problems.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Loan IQ functionality related to loan servicing and closings.
Partner closely with Operations teams to understand business impacts and ensure solutions align with servicing and closing workflows.
Analyze incidents, defects, and inquiries to determine root causes and recommend long-term fixes.
Support issue remediation, enhancements, and deployments related to Loan IQ.
Collaborate with technology, vendors, and downstream teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolutions.
Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness as needed.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):

Extensive hands-on experience supporting Loan IQ (LIQ) in a production or product support role.
Strong understanding of Loan IQ architecture, processes, and data flows.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues from both the application front end and back end.
Operations background is a must, specifically within:

Loan Closing
Loan Servicing

Experience working closely with Operations, Technology, and Support teams in a financial services environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Loan IQ upgrades, patches, or enhancements.
Familiarity with incident management, defect tracking, and exception handling processes.
Background in commercial lending, corporate lending, or syndicated loan environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business-friendly language.
