Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant in CBL-Consumer Deposit as part of Affluent Deposits and Pricing Team. Our Analytics team provides strategic analysis, management reporting and tactical data support for the Affluent Consumer Deposit product teams. In this role, you will provide analytical support for various deposit products and programs which will require data mining, developing and maintaining reports, performing in-depth research/analysis and designing and running data this role, you will:
Query GCP and other data sources to build datasets, analyze results, and deliver insights that support Affluent Consumer Deposit product teams
Develop, maintain, and improve data processes, reporting routines, and analytical workflows
Build and enhance reports and dashboards using SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau, and Power BIBuild business cases for new/enhanced products and services
Support product servicing, risk management, and strategic initiatives through ad-hoc analysis, research, and recommendations
Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and other strategic goals
Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
Lead or participate on large cross group projects
Mentor less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills4+ years of SQL experience2+ years of SAS experience2+ years of Tableau or PowerBI experience2+ years of Deposit Products experience2+ years of Financial Services experience
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
