position overview:are you interested in real estate investing, finance, and building relationships with investors? Join grubb properties as an investor relations intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the team responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our investors. You'll gain exposure to investor communications, reporting, fund documentation, and the day-to-day operations behind investor relations at a real estate investment management company.
keyresponsibilities:
- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
- strong interest in investments, real estate, and/or investor relations.
- strong knowledge of microsoft office, particularly excel.
- strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members while managing assigned responsibilities independently.
- knowledge of investment terminology and financial reporting is preferred but not required.
- hands-on experience in investor relations and real estate investment management.
- exposure to investor communications, reporting, and fund operations.
