The Tax Manager will oversee the tax, reporting, liquidity, and financial planning needs of the firm’s partners.

The Tax Manager will oversee the tax, reporting, liquidity, and financial planning needs of the firm’s partners.

• Review individual and partnership tax returns prepared by third party CPA firms
• Review books and records for partner owned investment vehicles
• Prepare and review quarterly income tax projections and estimated payment calculations for the partners and their family members
• Review and respond to tax notices
• Review of partner quarterly reporting packages including net worth reporting, investment balances, and liquidity forecasts
• Monitor liquidity and daily cash balances, instruct cash movements between accounts, fund capital calls, monitor distributions, and make cash reinvestment determinations
• Implement and maintain loan facilities and monitor covenant compliance
• Oversee various ad-hoc requests related to tax and financial planning

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 6-8 years of tax experience with a mix of public accounting and ultra-high net worth individuals or at a family office
• Proficient Excel skills and comfortable with systems and technology
• CPA or CFP a plus
