Vice President of Corporate Development

Our client is a sponsor-backed business operating within a highly fragmented market. The organization focuses on a combination of project-based services and recurring revenue streams to drive scalable growth.

This senior leadership position is responsible for establishing and directing the corporate development function. The individual will partner closely with the CEO and private equity sponsors to execute a comprehensive acquisition and integration strategy.

• Proven track record of managing the full transaction lifecycle from origination to integration.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex due diligence work streams and third-party advisors.

• 6+ years (likely 7-12 years) of progressive Investment banking, private equity, or acquisitive corporate development experience
• A disciplined deal professional who can operate autonomously within a lean executive team structure.
• An individual possessing the presence to negotiate directly with business owners and institutional sponsors.
• A strategic thinker capable of translating acquisition theses into actionable pipelines.
• A detail-oriented project leader who maintains composure during high-stakes negotiations and integrations.
