Location: Charlotte, NC 28277
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Position OverviewSeeking a relationship-focused and analytical credit professional to manage a portfolio of large dealer and multinational commercial accounts. This role is responsible for credit underwriting, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and serving as the primary credit contact for key customers. The position partners closely with sales teams, leadership, customers, and banking partners to support financing needs while managing risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of large commercial and dealer accounts.
- Conduct financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessments.
- Review, renew, and manage revolving credit facilities and lending agreements.
- Present credit recommendations to approval authorities and credit committees.
- Serve as the primary contact for key customer relationships and credit needs.
- Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, payments, and credit exposure.
- Support acquisitions, expansions, settlements, and other financing requests.
- Coordinate syndication reporting and maintain relationships with agent and participating banks.
- Prepare executive reporting, portfolio summaries, and customized analyses.
- Support audits, compliance activities, legal documentation, and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit underwriting, corporate banking, dealer finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, credit risk, and portfolio management.
- Experience presenting credit recommendations and managing complex customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial spreading tools (e.g., Moody's Credit Lens).
- Experience with syndicated credit facilities and multinational organizations.
- Background in captive finance, transportation finance, equipment finance, dealer finance, or commercial banking.
- Advanced financial analysis and relationship management skills.
