About the role:

This role will be leveled as Associate or Sr. Associate depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. As a member of the Operations team, you will play a key role managing the daily transactional workflows, process execution, and partner coordination that keep lenders, financing partners, and vendors running smoothly. More senior candidates may take on additional ownership of operational initiatives, partner programs, and cross-functional leadership.

What

you will be doing:
  • Own the day-to-day execution of transactional workflows tied to loan funding, including disbursements, payments, and funding requests across various lenders
  • Compile and administer loan pools for sale to direct and indirect loan purchasers
  • Coordinate seamlessly across teams - accounting, business development, capital markets, commercial risk, credit, legal and compliance - to keep operations running smoothly
  • Plan, implement and administer various company initiatives including strategic partner platforms, rebate and referral programs and more.
  • Partner with sales, relationship managers, and channel partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Drive automation and process efficiency
  • Contribute to cross-functional groups on various initiatives, reporting and ad hoc matters
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics or similar
  • Extremely detail oriented and comfortable multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of fundamental finance and accounting concepts
  • 2-4 years of experience for Associate; 4-7 years for Sr. Associate, in banking, corporate treasury, accounting, or financial operations
  • Exceptional financial data analysis with strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills, impeccable integrity and judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management team
  • Salesforce experience and reporting
Preferred

Skills:
  • SQL experience preferred but not required
