Mission Hires is partnering with a leading Advice & Wealth Management organization to hire Relationship Managers to serve as the primary point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) self-directed clients ($5M–$25M AUM). In this highly visible, relationship-first role, you will deepen client trust, guide complex financial decisions, and strategically grow and retain a premium book of business. The firm offers comprehensive training, multiple RM levels, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a dedicated UHNW self-directed client book, delivering a consistent, high-touch experience.
  • Build trust and loyalty by anticipating client needs and aligning solutions through education and thoughtful guidance.
  • Lead sophisticated wealth conversations on partnering with advice, share of wallet expansion, private equity, trusts, margin strategies, and charitable giving.
  • Strategically manage, retain, and grow an assigned book of business while supporting broader growth initiatives.
  • Engage clients with curiosity, empathy, and a deep understanding of goals, values, and long-term priorities.
  • Deliver proactive service by resolving complex issues and ensuring a seamless client experience end to end.
  • Develop deep expertise across the organization’s products and services to strengthen client relationships (with comprehensive training provided).
  • Collaborate with internal partners across advice, planning, and investment solutions to deliver tailored outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active or eligible FINRA registration: SIE and Series 7 required prior to start;
    Series 66 (or 63/65) may be obtained after start (certain designations may substitute per compliance).
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of business in financial services.
  • 2+ years of experience with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Demonstrated consultative, relationship-first approach with ability to guide complex financial decisions.
  • Comfort discussing investments and planning topics, including ETFs, mutual funds, estate and legacy planning, and charitable giving.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships and share of wallet.
  • Strong problem-solving, issue resolution, and client advocacy skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong learning agility and leadership potential.
