About the role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst within our First Mile Pricing team, you will model and price opportunities across our First Mile Landside Product portfolio while helping the function continue its evolution from transactional pricing support to a strategic business partner. You will combine hands-on pricing expertise with functional leadership by serving as an escalation point for complex requests, supporting pricing governance, contributing to team development, and representing frontline pricing perspectives in discussions with regional and global stakeholders.

What

we offer

  • Contribute to pricing tools, automation initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Build partnerships across Product, Procurement, Business Development, Delivery, Finance, and global pricing teams.
  • Develop your functional leadership capabilities through escalation support, training, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
  • Model transportation costs and develop pricing for First Mile opportunities, tenders, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide initial guidance and escalation support for analysts handling complex pricing requests.
  • Analyze competitive pricing, profitability, margin performance, and the business impact of pricing decisions.
  • Support customer profitability actions and perform financial analysis related to CM1, gross profit, EBIT, and P&L performance.
  • Develop and improve pricing processes, models, frameworks, tools, contracting policies, and quoting governance.
  • Coordinate with CEN, IPMs, Operations, and other stakeholders on opportunity requirements, prioritization, testing, feedback, waivers, and system enhancements.
  • Support training, onboarding, and the continued development of pricing resources while helping ensure consistent pricing practices.
Who we are looking for

We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you do not meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a closely related area.
  • Ability to apply data and sound judgment to complex business and pricing challenges.
  • Understanding of P&L statements, profitability measures, and the cost components associated with logistics and drayage.
  • Ability to communicate complex pricing topics clearly and collaborate effectively across functions, organizational levels, and geographies.
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on commitments, and navigate changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with legal contract terms and their potential impact on pricing models.
  • An interest in contributing to a collaborative, fast-moving environment and improving the future of pricing.
