Role Description

The Client Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for supporting client relationships by responding to client inquiries, coordinating account-related requests, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of transactions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing meeting materials and reports, maintaining client records, assisting with onboarding and account openings, and communicating with custodians and other external partners.

The Client Service Associate will collaborate closely with advisors and operations team members, help resolve service issues, and ensure a high standard of client experience. This position also involves monitoring deadlines, following established compliance procedures, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service processes.

Qualifications
  • Client-facing service skills, including Client Services and Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to provide responsive, detail-oriented Customer Support and follow-through on client requests.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance and interest in wealth management or family office services.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in handling documentation and data.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory and firm compliance standards.
